We focus on optimizing value creation for stakeholders by investing in and growing businesses within the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region.
We primarily invest in key sectors including Logistics, Mining Services, Telecommunications, and Healthcare, although our approach is sector-agnostic. Geographically, we focus on Botswana, Namibia, and Zambia, and have assisted clients across a wider footprint including Cameroon, DRC, Eswatini, South Africa, and Zimbabwe.
A core part of our approach for over 18 years has been creating unique empowerment structures. These structures enable participation by local citizen consortiums in our investments, even without the requirement for significant upfront capital investment from them.
